YuruYuri Manga Gets New OVA

In celebration of the YuruYuri manga's 10 year anniversary, the anime's official website announced that an OVA—Original Video Animation—of Namori's hit series is in production. The new addition to the franchise is titled YuruYuri, and has no expected release date as of now.

There are no details on the premise of the OVA, but the original series' synopsis on Crunchyroll is as follows:

YURUYURI follows four students who decide to occupy the room of defunct tea ceremony club, dubbing it the "Amusment Club." While the Student Council does its best to eliminate this club, their endless energy, happiness and comedy will keep audiences smiling all season long!

YuruYuri already has three television adaptations, YuruYuri, YuruYuri♪♪, and YuruYuri San☆Hai! which are all available on Crunchyroll. Additionally, an hour long OVA, YuruYuri Nachuyachumi!, was released in 2015 along with two special episodes, YuruYuri Nachuyachumi!+, that came out the same year.
